The GUAXS Koonam Table Round in opal smokegrey is a sculptural designer table where mouth-blown glass and solid European oak come together in a soft and refined whole. The organically shaped glass base with a hand-carved surface creates a subtle play of light, giving the table a calm yet luxurious appearance.

The Koonam collection by GUAXS is handcrafted from mouth-blown and manually processed glass. Combined with carefully selected oak wood, a unique object is created in which craftsmanship, material, and form reinforce each other. Due to this process, every table has subtle variations and its own character.

The opal tint gives the glass a soft, almost powdery appearance, making the design look lighter and more understated within the interior. The table works perfectly as a sculptural statement in a seating area or open space.

Use & maintenance

• Always rinse glass parts by hand only with lukewarm water.
• Use only commercially available dishwashing liquid for all parts.
• If the glass surface is smooth, you can wipe it and dry it with a fine cloth and a little Vaseline to preserve the shine.
• For a rough surface, you can use the rough side of a sponge to preserve its character.
• Important: avoid large temperature differences, do not use hot water.
• Avoid bumping against the object (e.g. sink or other hard surfaces), as this can cause cracks over time.
• Always place the table on a stable, flat surface and move it carefully.
• Clean wooden parts with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents.
