The Manakara collection by GUAXS is handcrafted from mouth-blown glass. This artisanal method results in small variations in shape and surface, giving each vase a unique and lively character.

The warm golden hue enhances the depth of the glass and creates a rich play of light. Due to its height and narrow opening, this vase is particularly suitable for a few long branches or flowers, while also making a refined statement on its own.

Use & maintenance

We advise you to follow the guidelines below for the preservation of the glassware:

• Always rinse your glass items by hand in lukewarm water.
• Use only a mild, commercially available dishwashing liquid.
• For a smooth surface: dry afterwards with a soft cloth and optionally a small amount of Vaseline for extra shine.
• For a rough surface: use the rough side of a sponge during cleaning to preserve its character.
• Avoid large temperature differences, such as hot water or sudden cooling after exposure to sunlight.
• Avoid bumping against hard surfaces such as a sink or other objects to prevent damage.
• Candles are not suitable for use in vases; we recommend the use of LED candles.
