At NU PUUR & GROEN, we do everything we can to deliver high-quality products. However, it may happen that something is not entirely to your satisfaction. Let us know — we are happy to think along with you and always look for a suitable solution.

Legal warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. Have you received a product that does not meet these expectations? Please feel free to contact us.

When is damage not covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect or careless use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight
  • Dropping, bumping, or other damages
  • Improper maintenance
  • Own repairs or modifications to the product

Small color differences may also occur due to screen settings or the nature of the material.

Reporting a complaint or defect

Did your order arrive damaged or is something else wrong? Please contact us as soon as possible. To assist you quickly, we would like to receive your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and, if applicable, the packaging.

Damage during transport

We pack every order with the utmost care and in most cases ship insured. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is there transport damage? Preferably report this within 48 hours via nick@nupuurengroen.nl with photos of the packaging, shipping label, damage, and the complete product. Your legal rights remain fully intact.

Received the wrong item?

Did you accidentally receive the wrong product? Please contact us. We will ensure you receive the correct item as soon as possible or offer a suitable solution.

Refund

If a refund is decided, we will process it within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
