Gift Cards

A gift card from NU PUUR & GROEN is the perfect present to let someone choose something nice for themselves.

• Gift cards can only be used through NU PUUR & GROEN’s sales channels.
• The balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
• A gift card can be used multiple times as long as there is sufficient balance available.
• The remaining balance remains valid until the expiration date stated on the gift card.
• In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, we cannot replace or reimburse the gift card.

Discount Codes

We regularly run promotions or you may receive a personal discount code. The following conditions apply:

• Discount codes are valid during the specified promotion period.
• Usually, only one discount code can be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• Some promotions do not apply to discounted items, gift cards, custom orders, or special project offers. If applicable, this will be clearly stated in the promotion.

Returns

If you return an order that was (partially) paid with a discount code or gift card, the following rules apply:

• You will receive a refund of the actual amount paid.
• A used discount code will not be reissued unless required by law.
• If (part of) the order was paid with a gift card, the corresponding amount will, where possible, be credited back to a gift card.

Abuse

To keep our promotions fair, we reserve the right to invalidate a gift card or discount code in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, automated use, or use contrary to these terms and conditions.

Changes

We may change or terminate our promotions or terms and conditions for good reason. Obvious errors in prices, discount codes, or promotions do not create any rights.
