Small items such as flowers, vases, candles, and tea light holders typically have a delivery time of 1 to 3 business days within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France.
Garden furniture, pots, and other large items typically have a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. For these products, we will contact you after your order to coordinate delivery and inform you of the expected delivery date.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to high demand, transport conditions, or limited stock. Should a product temporarily be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We replenish our stock regularly. However, it may happen that a product is temporarily unavailable.
Is the product you are looking for currently out of stock? Please feel free to contact us and mention the name of the desired product in your message. We will be happy to inform you as soon as the item is available again.

We strive for products of the highest quality. If, despite this, a product is delivered with a visible defect or transport damage, we kindly ask you to do the following:
- Inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
- Take clear photos of any visible defects or damage.
- Send these photos, along with a brief description of the issue, to our customer service.
- We will then contact you as soon as possible to assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
Products covered by warranty must be handled with care. Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we offer the possibility to return products under the following conditions:
- Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- The costs for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.
- If the product is returned unopened and unused, you will receive a full refund.
- If the original packaging is missing or no longer in its original condition, a partial refund may be applied.
- After receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
